Homework for Mrs. Fey's Classes, Oct. 27~31, 2014

Monday- Day 3 (My homeroom has Computers)
Reading- Study vocabulary words for "Letters Home from Yosemite." The students have a workbook page along with a "foldable" that they created in class to help them study
Grammar- We are continuing to work on Complex sentences
Social Studies- The kids are finishing up their PA projects and they are coming out very nice!  I have been giving the kids time during class to do the "creative" part if the project.  They are taking the plain, white sheets that they filled out with info on PA and transferring that info into a colorful hands-on project that teaches many facts about PA in a fun and engaging way.  The projects are due tomorrow. Almost all of the students have finished them in class and they are on display. Time will be given tomorrow for any students still needing to finish.
Spelling- Due to all of the Halloween activities both in school and after school this week, there will be no Spelling list this week.
