Monday-
Spelling- Please study new list. There will be a test on Friday. The students also should write each word 3X each in their Spelling Notebook.
Reading- Read the first Reading Story, "Red Kayak"
Grammar- We are learning about types of sentences. Look over workbook pg.43. We have highlighted all important information.
Tuesday-
Spelling-Study. Complete word box worksheet using words from the Spelling list
Period 2- challenge words are: 1.descriptive 2 Satisfactory 3. choose 4. pumpkin 5. Mississippi
Wednesday-
Spelling- Study list
Thursday-
Spelling- complete practice test at home, have an adult sign the paper.
Reading- Study vocabulary words and definitions for "Red Kayak"The words are on a worksheet in the red reading folder
Grammar- Look over worksheets about types of sentences. Students need to be able to identify if the sentences are Declarative, Interrogative, Imperative or Exclamatory.
